John has been a member of the Hydroponic Farmers Federation since 2001, and Purchased his Own Farm in 2002. His family pulled up roots and moved from Portland to Yendon (20ks sth of Ballarat) where he and his family re-established the Farm now known as Yendon Gourmet Tomatoes.The farm is small now days, so the importance of Quality, yield and efficiency can’t be under estimated.

The Hydroponic Farmers Federation has assisted John in developing many skills and the opportunity to meet like-minded people.
